Snacks

Ohhhh snack time. Such a "make it or break it" factor in a diet. Not anymore. Once you learn to control portions you're golden. It's not that hard. If you are preparing snacks (which is more than likely since you're not eating processed or "refined" foods) you are in total control of portioning. Buy snack baggies, use tupperware containers (BPA FREE), do whatever you have to do. Just make sure you hold yourself to the right amounts. You know your limits. Here are some great snacks that are easy, paleo friendly and satisfying in the taste department.
